PROPOSAL
This week was mainly about aligning the proposal direction through a production meeting. Since Framer does not provide student access yet, I built a temporary proposal site using Figma Sites as a similar web-builder.
👩💻 Based on earlier weeks’ insights, I filled in the CCP dashboard template to structure my proposal direction.
This helped me clearly map out my themes, narrow down the focus, and check whether the proposal logic was strong enough before moving into further development.

FEEDBACKS
I was sick this week so I booked a tutorial with chi Ngoc to discuss about my topic.
*ABOUT PROJECT
DIRECTION
Chi Ngoc pointed out that my proposal was too focused on final outcomes, which made the project feel rigid and similar to a typical FET submission rather than an exploratory FMP.
✍️ Outcome-led framing limits experimentation.
*ABOUT CONCEPT
& POSITIONING
Chi Ngoc also stated that this idea missed a clear mission, vision, and value, which made it difficult to explain why learners would choose this platform over existing language-learning tools that already perform similar functions.
✍️ Differentiation needs to go beyond functionality.
*ABOUT
NEXT APPROACH
Instead of designing for certification-driven learning, Chi Ngoc encouraged to explore what genuinely motivates people to learn, such as focusing on a single English skill or creating a collaborative learning space where learners study together.
✍️ Shift from certification to intrinsic motivation.
RESULT & REFLECTION
The feedbacks showed that the theme is still not clear or strong enough to move forward. Because of this, I cannot lock the theme at this stage. In the coming weeks, I need to continue refining and re-brainstorming the project direction by shifting the focus away from certification and towards how and why people actually want to learn.
